We are open Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 12 pm, and 5 pm to 9 pm. We are closed on Sunday.

Every injury is different and we will be able to ascertain whether you are fit for a workout only after having a consultation session with you. Please disclose your injury / physical limitation to the coach before the demo.

We accept all kinds of payments digitally (UPI, Wallet, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net-banking).

You can come in any comfortable clothing that will allow you to move without any restriction. We recommend synthetic sports t shirt and bottom. A general purpose sports shoe is good enough as well.

Yes.

Yes, you can use our shower facility for changing your clothes.

It does not matter if you have never even stepped inside a gym. Our coaches will assess your capacity and accordingly modify the workout for you. Please provide your training history to the coaches in detail.
