Let’s try a new recipe “Tofu & Vegetable Soup’

 

CrossFit shared a few months back. Delicious, perfectly balanced, and a vegetarian dish.  Play with the ingredients especially the vegetables of your choice.

 

INGREDIENTS:

80 gram. tofu
1½ tbsp. coconut oil
2 c. vegetable broth
1½ tsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. scallions
3 mushrooms
½ c. bok choy
1 tsp. miso paste OR Peanut butter
