This week’s challenge “3 Min Max reps Ground to Overhead ”

Most commonly and frequently used movement ground to overhead in our daily life. Take a moment and think, what did you pick from the ground and put it overhead today? 

 

Your efforts which you are putting every week are going to pay you. We are preparing you for the CrossFit benchmark workouts to test your work capacity across the modal domain. 

 

Before performing this challenge make sure to watch the demo video.

 

 

You would need to log the following :

 

  • Your body weight.
  • Total Reps and
  • Reach ( Height + length from elbow to object) 

 

You will be ranked based on your power output. 

 

Your average power output will be = (Load*Distance)xReps / 60 sec
